Unless it’s a cheat day, my diet is pretty much the same day in, day out.
No, it’s not boring, I just know what I like and I like what I know!
When I’m getting lean, the diet stays the same as it does when I’m trying to gain muscle, it just becomes stricter in terms of portion sizes, macros, measurements and calorie counts.

Any and all veg
